The Approach
I’m a Perth-based counsellor, originally from Northern Ireland, supporting individuals through life transitions with a straightforward, down-to-earth approach.
I work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, career change, and FIFO-related pressures. A lot of the time, people aren’t fully sure what’s wrong — just that something feels off or has built up.
My approach is simple and focused on your experience. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, gain clarity, and work through what’s going on at your own pace.
Therapy doesn’t need to be complicated. With the right space and support, things can start to make more sense.
The process is simple and thoughtful.
Sometimes there’s nothing wrong, we just feel off. Together we identify why.
